Lakiasiaintoimisto Heikki Malinen has provided legal assistance since 1994 for private persons and midsized companies. The service we offer for companies concentrates mainly in issues regarding law of employment, business law; Finnish and international contract law, company law, product liability, intellectual property rights including questions concerning copyright, trademarks, patents and breach of confidence and competition Law.
The assistance for private persons has concentrated mainly in issues within Law of Employment, trial procedures, conflict solving and family & inheritance Law. In addition to Finnish, I provide my services in Swedish, English and German.
OPERATIONAL PRINCIPLES
The interest of the client is my highest priority. I guarantee to deliver my full effort to reach the best possible result for each client. Negotiations prior to confirming a legal assignment are not subject to charge and billable hours are solely based on the work done, not on phone conversations etc.

Vaikka lainsäädäntö määrittää tietyt perusperiaatteet, useat varallisuusoikeudelliset seikat ovat sopimuksin ja määräyksin toteutettavissa halutulla tavalla. Avioehdolla puolisot saattavat varautua esim. puolison liiketoimien vaikutuksiin perheen taloudelle. Avioeron sattuessa on tärkeää sopia ja laatia asiantuntevasti niin lapsen kuin mahdollisesti myös entisen puolison elatusta koskevat asiakirjat ja osituskirja. Asiantuntevasti tehty testamentti toteuttaa tekijöidensä tahtoa ilman tarpeetonta myöhempää riitelyä. Testamentin ohessa myös lahjakirjoin ja kauppakirjoin voi vaikuttaa omaisuuden siirtoihin haluamallaan tavoin.
Myös perukirjan laatiminen on usein perusteltua antaa kokeneen lakimiehentehtäväksi.
